MOSCOW, Dec 27 (PRIME) -- Russian Railways plans to auction 25% plus one share in the Novosibirsk railway switch plant on February 6 with a starting price of 700.492 million rubles, the company said in a statement on Friday.
The first price increment is 4.508 million rubles and the subsequent 5 million rubles.
VTB Capital is the auction organizer. Bids and a 70.049 million ruble down payment will be accepted from Saturday until January 24. The bidders will be qualified for the auction on February 5.
